Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Arizona Aqua Pools LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects through this website, what we do with it, who else handles it, and how to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. The short version: the site collects what you type into the contact form, it sells nothing, and it does not track you for advertising.
What the Contact Form Collects
The form is on our contact page and on other pages of this site. When you send a message from it, we ask for:
- your name, phone number and email address (email is optional);
- the town where your pool is;
- the service you're asking about;
- a message about your pool and what it needs;
- how you heard about us.
Along with what you type, the form records any campaign tags (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers, such as gclid) that were part of the link you used to reach the site, such as a tag showing you came from an online ad. We use these only to see how people find us. On their own they do not identify you.
The form also has spam protection: a hidden field that people never see but automated bots tend to fill in, and automated spam filtering that screens submissions before they reach us. Both exist to keep spam out of our inbox, not to profile you. If the filter flags a message as possible spam, it goes to YourSites, the company that built and looks after this website, so a person can check that a real request wasn't flagged by mistake.
Information Any Website Receives
Like any website, this one receives the technical information a web server sees when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard hosting logs and uses that information to deliver pages, keep the site secure and fix problems. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you send for one purpose: to answer you. That means calling or emailing you back about your pool, giving you a price and setting up service if you'd like it. Sending a message does not sign you up for a newsletter or a marketing list. The campaign details tell us which links bring people to us.
How Your Message Is Delivered and Stored
The form hands your submission to a transactional email service, Resend, which delivers it as an email to our inbox at azaquapools@gmail.com. Resend processes the message only to deliver it for us and may hold a copy under its own retention terms. Our inbox is a Google Gmail account, so once your message arrives it is stored by Google under Google's terms. At Arizona Aqua Pools, only the owner reads it. If you call us instead, we do not record the call through this website. If you give an email address on the form, the site also sends you one automatic email saying we got your message.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used: the pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, the site that sent you here, campaign tags in the link, and taps on the phone number and buttons, including whether a quote request was sent (not what it said). Google processes this for us under its own terms. No advertising cookies or tracking pixels are installed. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear site storage, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
What We Don't Do With Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to lead brokers, marketers or other businesses for their own use. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and the form work (our hosting provider, the email delivery service, Google, which hosts our inbox and runs Google Analytics, and our website company when a message is flagged as possible spam), and when the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
Form messages stay in our email for as long as they are useful for answering you, following up, and keeping ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your message, we delete it, except for records the law requires us to keep.
Your Choices and How to Make a Request
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor these requests from anyone who asks, wherever you live. Email azaquapools@gmail.com, ideally from the address you used on the form, or call (602) 384-6061, and tell us what you would like. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm a detail or reply from the email address you used before we act. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first and explain how to opt out.
Children
This site is for homeowners and others arranging pool service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us something, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it and we will.
Changes to This Policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date below before the change takes effect.
